How to choose the layout: A chaise or chaise lounge is the part of a sectional extended forward - "long chair", normally featuring no arm. It is attached to the sofa at a ninety-degree angle and gives you ample space to stretch out and relax. When you are facing a sectional the chaise can be on the left or right side. The Orientation Layout option allows you to choose the position of the chaise that fits your space. |

The incredibly stylish modern contemporary leather sofa sectional set is a high-quality top grain leather sofa set. The sofa is equipped with head cushions that can be manually adjusted. The movable system sectional is also equipped with an adjustable armrest. Every part of the sofa and chaise are wrapped in grey leather. Sumptuous padding is present throughout every seat cushion, back and headrest. If you are a fan of contemporary living and your living room needs a facelift, the leather sofa set is the ideal choice.
If you’re looking for something simple and smooth, this grey sofa may be exactly what you’re looking for. It’s not as harsh as going with a stark black look, but instead, it’s still fashion-forward with a posh finish without being too overwhelming or unwelcoming. We also love the mixed material look between the leather seating and metal leg detailing.
How this leather is tanned: Hides arrive at the tannery after being treated with salt to preserve them from bacterial action. The first process performed is to shake out the salt. In the trimming stage, workers cut away useless or unwanted material from the edges of raw hides to give them a better shape or ‘trim’. In the tanning phase, hides are placed inside a wooden rotating drum where tanning agents convert the raw fibers of the hide into a durable product, preserving it, improving its abrasion resistance, improving its heat and flex resistance. The natural beauty of leather is made even more striking by the wide variety of shades that the modern tanner is capable of producing.
The last of the wet operations is the fatliquoring to grant leather permanent softness, elasticity and flexing resistance. After drying, the leather is then staked to make it open and softer. Pins pound the leather from both above and below, hundreds of times, as it passes through the machine, stretching and flexing the leather in every direction. This softens the leather remarkably.
