We ordered a customer sofa from Prime and Classic for an investment property outside of Austin. Our current living room sofa was ordered from PrimeClassicDesign.com as well and has been perfect.

The customer service with this company is outstanding and I cannot recommend them enough!

My wife and I had been searching for a new sofa on and off for around 2 years, and went to nearly every store in town. Nothing quite fit the style or design that was in our heads, but after just dropping in real quick at Prime Classic, one of their designs was almost perfect. After going back and forth between a few online stores, we finally decided on the Prime Classic Design.

When we did decide to call and actually purchase it, Mike took our custom order and we finished within 10 minutes. We received our sofa in just under 3 weeks, well ahead of the estimated delivery date--which is pretty amazing since they're in CA.

The sofa is incredibly well built and super comfortable. Their post-purchase customer service is great, and more companies need to take note on making sure their customers are happy AFTER the purchase as well. Being empathetic, informative, and personal goes a long way.
